Omniscient Sàrl (Momentum) places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Contact form data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last exchange. Technical data (logs, analytics) is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
